Quick Summary
In GST, there's no specific limit on how much a wholesaler can sell to a single person, even if they only have an Aadhaar card. The key factor is whether the wholesaler has a GST number. If they do, there are no sales limits. If they don't, they must register for GST once their sales exceed certain thresholds, typically Rs. 20 lakh or Rs. 40 lakh, depending on the circumstances. Traders generally have a Rs. 40 lakh threshold for GST registration, though some conditions may require registration regardless of turnover.

There is no relationship between sales and aadhaar & no limit of sales as such in gst

If wholeseller have a GST number, than there is no limit on sale.
If wholeseller doesn't have GST number, than he is required to take GST registration after crossing of sale of certain limit i.e 20 lakh/40 lakh as the case may be

The threshold limit to register under GST for Traders is Rs.40 lakhs and also there are few conditions for compulsory registration irrespective of threshold limit. Refer section 22 and 24.
