Limit on PCC / Final attempts

Friends, is there a limit on number of attempts for a student for PCC and Final???? My friend needs it...

for pcc every 5 attempts you will have to  re register but for final its unlimited

But one of my friend is giving his 6th PCC attempt without paying any fees......

There is nothing such like number of attempts...its was for PE students i think  ..for PCC/IPCC your registration is valid upto 5 years from the date of initial registration and you can give continous exams for 5 years 

for pcc exam attempts there is no such limit, i called to office of icai who given me this info. i am giving 6 th attempt

there is no limit

Try & Try Till U Succeed is the only rule for CAstudents...ha ha

a friend of mine has exemption in pcc in every subject except audit and law ,and has given 6 attempts.

i register myself in pcc in feb 2007 , i have given my first attempt in nov 2010 . should  i need to reregister my self or i can give more attempt? please help please
