Limit on director's salary?
Is there any limit on Director's Salary in a Private limited company by Company act? or any amount of salary we could pay to Directors.
Also, is there a limit on Partner's salary in LLP?

In private company there is no limit or restrictions on remuneration of Directors or Managing Directors. It is ONLY for Public company or private company which is subsidiary of Public company.
