basic salary should not exceed by Rs 6500/- for deducting epc
If your Basic Salary is less than Rs.6,500.00 per month, then EPF will be calculated on Basic salary (optional when employers are willing to maintain EPF). If the Basic salary exceeds Rs.6,500.00 per month, then EPF will be calculated on Rs.6,500.00

We are having contributary pf scheme in our organization.My Basic Salary is Rs.36850/- per month. Can you pl. tell me what is the amount goes to pension scheme & the total amount deposited in my EPF account per month( self+contributary).
