we ere one of the Fitness studio we are going to sale life time package (Aerobics Rs, 125000+ ST & Personal Training ) to our Client then Tds to be deducted by the Client ! which Rate is applicable for TDS ? and How can i account it ? Pls help me

I don’t think that client should deduct tds because it does not come under any section.

Sir,
they are might be paying from their company ( M D ) so they are going to deduct Tds, is it acceptable are not ?

such expenses comes under "membership fees" irrespective of the use of membership. 194J applicable
