Sir awesome reply, it seems that this cxan be an interpretation after a lot of analysis made of various sections, one under another , and point to point logical conclusion that too not confirmed by law or cbdt but than too its a detaied interpretaion and conclusion ., so as far i bilieve annuity of jeevan dhara old should not be taxable.

Can u please clarify whether notional cash option under jeevandhara T96 old having term 22/21 is tax free or taxable .
