While giving B2B details of invoices in GSTR  one GSTIN status is showing  https://banksnear-me.com/ally-bank-near-me/ It is written that GSTIN of recipient has been inactive.

Actually I have query about GST Registration of an Individual who is runing a Private library as a business, providing only seating services, his Turnover exceed 20 lakh. Now he have to take GST registration or not. I had read lots off articles and also GST book all these things said Library is exempt under GST Act so no need to take registration under this act. One more things I have talked to CBIC helpdesk he is saying that if your turnover/revenue exceed 20 lakh then you have to take registration which is mandatory. What I do please suggest.
