it is interstate sale and IGST is chargeable.
if the unregistered person address is available the raise IGST invoice, otherwise raise CGST & SGST invoice.

Hi Kishan,
The registered Dealer is selling the Goods to unregistered Dealer as interstate supply.in such case IGST is applicable for that.
