CA ANY ONE PROVIDE ME THE FORMAT OF LETTER TO AO FOR REQUESTING APPEAL EFFECT AND RELEASE THE REFUND CONSIDERING FOLLOWING:

FIRST APPEAL FILED WITH CIT (A) AGAINST ORDER OF AO BY PAYING 20% OF ASSESSED TAX - APPEAL DISMISSED

SECOND APPEAL TO FILED WITH ITAT AGAINST ORDER OF CIT (A) - APPEAL ACCEPTED.

ITAT sends one copy of Order to AO.
However you submit a simple letter stating that consequent to the ITAT Order, you are requested to issue refund of Rs _______ which was paid as required under Tax Dept.

Copy of ITAT Order is to be enclosed.

You follow it up after 10-15 days from submitting request letter.
