LETTER TO AO FOR EFFECT OF APEAL

ITAT sends one copy of Order to AO.
However you submit a simple letter stating that consequent to the ITAT Order, you are requested to issue refund of Rs _______ which was paid as required under Tax Dept.

Copy of ITAT Order is to be enclosed.

You follow it up after 10-15 days from submitting request letter.

letter has to be written to AO or some other authority in case of ITAT appeal order
