form 35 is optional where as form 36 mandatory
Being aggrieved with the ASSESSMENT ORDER U/S 143(3) we have preferred to file an appeal before CIT WITH IN 30 DAYS BUT we are dely in filing such form
Request for grace period and then file an appeal.
We have already filed the appeal before CIT but we are getting the notice for ground of delay.so I request you to provide the sample letter for condonation of delay
Just write a letter which stated clearly and concisely and supported by a duly sworn affidavit the reason for delay.......
