Less cess paid in advance tax

Dear Members,

While paying advance income tax for FY 23-24 by mistake I added lesser amount of Cess i.e. in place of 4% it comes around 2.7% of advance tax I paid.

Is it problem, if yes how to rectify it? Will it be adjusted and corrected at the time of ITR filing for FY 23-24.

Thanks in Advance

Quick Summary
A member mistakenly paid advance income tax for FY 23-24 with a lower cess amount (around 2.7% instead of 4%). They are seeking advice on whether this is an issue and how to rectify it, specifically if it can be corrected during ITR filing. Responses suggest it's generally not a major problem and can be adjusted against the final tax liability when filing the Income Tax Return (ITR).

It's not a big problem... so, please be cool.

Yes, It's can be rectified at the time of filing ITR.
