legal service provided by a CA to a business entity whose last year turnover is 8 lakh would be taxable under reverse charge or exempt?

Legal Service provided by advocate and arbitrator only comes under RCM.
So RCM will not apply here.

If turnover is more than 10 lacs in last year or you have crossed 10 lacs turnover in current year, it will be taxable.
