a company receives legal consultancy sevices from an individual lawyer..whether it is treated as RCM or not under GST.
and what is the Tax treatments under GST for the above.

Yes , legal consultancy service by lawer is under RCM , as per section 9 sub section 3 of the CGST act 2017 . company has to pay 100% GST .
