In our company had five directors including myself. I have only 20% share in company. Myself was cornered to all the decision. The official matter discussion were done outside the company unofficially by other four directors and final decision were informed in office meeting officially. If i agreed or not they never mind and my objections are overruled by them. I am finding it very difficult.
In recent incident. Company were taken decision to purchase property. Hence myself request to represent on behalf of company for registration of property. They have not agreed and I have asked reason for not agreeing. There answers are inappropriate. I am also fed up with financial transition in our company and Hence i need to take legal action against co- directors. Please guide me.
