I wanted to know the solution and how to execute my situation.
We run juice shop and coffee house at multiple locationin jaipur.
For the promotional acticity we offer our customer some loyalty cards with different properties. Amonng them one is like this
1. If a customer add some amount in its loyalty card for future use, we offere them a bonus cash from our part, depending on the amount.
2. If a customer make some payment from wallet and that meet our set critera a cashback is generated and same is being credited in the loyalty card of the customer.
now Kindly tell me how to manage the following entreis in softwate.
Like when some one gives advance of 500, and we offer rs 25 extar as per our activity. But net increase in our cash balance is only 500, but net balance in loyalty card statement is 525( i hope), Similary cashback amount was not paid by customer, still we have burnt some of the cash,
How these entries are made in the ledgers like whether using contra, journoul etc
