Dear Personnel,
I am filling form 109 for getting terminated from my firm and form 104 for getting register in industrial trainning.My question is my previous CA is asking to show atleast 60days otherwise ICAI will ask for leaves details. I have actually taken 46 days of leaves. Is this neccessary to show min 60 days leave.

Actual leaves taken are to be filled in form 109, there is nothing like minimum 60 days leave.
I agree With Mayur Kashinpure...
even though u can confirm from either delhi or Mumbai ICAI that u can contact on +91 22-3367 1500 and +91 22-3367 1400.....
