As it is cleared that LTA can be claied for two journeys in block of four years. what if i travel twice in same calendar year and claim that as LTC for that particular block?

a govt employee got LTC on 5th march 2011 for 25000/-,so as per the rules LTC follows calender basis so i can avail the exemption till dec 2011 but whether the recd amount will be taxable in financial year 10-11 or not?????
