Quick Summary
If you received Leave Travel Allowance (LTA) from your employer and TDS was deducted, but you didn't submit your travel bills to them, you can still claim the tax benefit. You can claim this deduction when filing your Income Tax Return (ITR) for FY 2021-22. The ITR allows you to make adjustments for expenses or benefits that were not accounted for during the financial year.

Yes..It can be considered while filing the ITR
Mr. Srikanth pls post actual figures.
LTA bills were not submitted or missed for form 16 purposes and taxation. So it can be considered while filing ITR

What he said.

Since you haven't claimed the LTA from your employer, you can claim it in your return. That's what the return is, essentially : a summary of everything from all sources and a means to make adjustments that might have been left out during the course of the year.

Thank you for helping me on this query
