LEAVE TRAVEL ALLOWANCE

If Employee received Leave travel Allowance in salary & employer has deducted tax on that, but employee has actually travelled & he has supportings for travel than can employee claim refund from income tax, whether he needs to submit proof in income tax. Kindly explain the procedure.

Employee can claim thru computation & Claim refund accordingly at the time of return filing.He have to diclare that this is in Block period & Supportings to be produced on demand from ITO.
