As we all know that minimum leave prescribed by ICAI for preparation of CA Final is 3 months(strictly). There are some firms that strictly stick to these rules and do not allow leave more than 3 months. Please tell me whether the prescribed leave is sufficient for taking care of both groups. And if not how should it be convinced to the employer.

Hi Rahul,
According to me 4 months leave is more than sufficient for CA Final.
Yes I also feel it right to have a leave of 4 months but how to convince the employer. Employer strictly sticks to icai's norms of 3 months.
