Am in CA Final (New Course)
My Articleship Term is 3 and half years.
1. Whether the unpaid leaves taken are considered as leave taken for calculation of extension?
2.Whether the leave taken for graduation exam is considered as leave taken?
Kindly tell me the way to calculate extension.

1. You are supposed to be paid for the complete articleship duration, except for the excess leave period. What do you mean by unpaid leaves here? If you mean you have not been paid for certain leaves, you may paid later on, but it has to be paid, unless it falls under excess leaves.
2. Any absence other than to attend ICAI seminars/ programmes/ exams are considered as leaves. You can ask your CA if he/ she can pardon that.
