Hi
i am filling my return online, but unable to show interest on Housing Loan, under field Add House Property when i click on Self Occupied the option (i) Interest payable on borrowed capital - showing disable and not giving option to enter any value, screenshot attached.
That is due to Default New regime.
You will have to select 'opt out option' in 'schedule General', and file the ITR under 'Old regime', to get HL deduction for SOP.
