Tratment: Impossible Act, void
agreement..



 



2.      
“Tum to meri Jaan ho”



Treatment: Wrong Interpretation,
voidable agreement..



 



3.      
“Main sari zindai tumse
hi pyar karunga”



Treatment: Offer made without
agreement, void agreement..



 



4.      
“Main tumhare boyfriend
ko jaan se maar dunga”



Treatment: Offer against public
policy, illegal agreement..



 



5.      
“Tumhe mujhse shadi
karni hi padegi”



Tratment: Offer nade by
coercion, voidable agreemnt..
