As per section 182 we can make political contribution upto 7.5℅ now this limit is removed as per finance act so the restriction that company with less then 36 month registration and govt comp.cant contribute this also will be removed

only 7.5% limit is removed other restrictions are same
That means now the Company can make any amount of contribution provided it has it's board approval and it's in existence for more than 3 years right ?
