Law presentation

Hi. Can someone please help on how to present the practical answers in auditing and law, like dividing the answers into points such as relevant act, section etc

For example if the question is: on negotiable instruments act, the answers can start as:

Act : Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881

Section : xxx

etc..

Can someone, especially senior and experienced members, please help on how the format of presentation should be.
