i have a query regarding writing answers in LAW paper....

should it be written in point wise format or paragraph is prefered???

is it compulsory to mention case laws and section???

will not mentioning of the same lead to penalty (i.e deduction of marks)????

seniors and peers throw some light on same...

If you are confident about the matter, then pointswise answer is better,

But if ur writing in your own language, then para wld be better...
