Latest rules for non submission of form 112

i also want to know the consequences of not filing form 112 before registering for other professional courses like CS, CWA, etc.

In my view, they will come to know at some point of time through their own sources. So, its better not to take risk in this issue. If at all, they comes to know that you not complied with their regulation, then ICAI may cancel all your articles training period and you may need to do training afresh. Usually, after completing you CA Final, at the time of campus placements, you may need to attend interviews at ICAI selected branches, wherein you will submit your resume. From there, the companies may share the data with ICAI or institute itself keeps data of students details by taking from companies. Few chances of such instances are expected. So at that time institute comes to know your other qualifications and may take appropriate action. Suppose, if you thinks not to submit your other qualifications to the companies at the time of interview, then the looser will be you only, because companies usually gives weightage to such students, who also have other professional qualifications. So, taking above in view, you can take wise decision.

first of all i want to remove the misconception from the mind of students...........by mentioning following points..........

1. it is not true that we have to appear in an interview..only in those branches which is mentioned by icai

2. we can .also go...by private consultancy......held by navkar ..and if we are going by that way there is no need to face icai..........i am...also doing c.s with c.a final........but still i have not filled 112

3. this is right.......that  by mentioning other qualifications we can get better prospect........so .we can easily 

go by that manner

4. but as per my advice to fill up the form 112 is better for future aspect...........

okay.but i am not bale to understand what cource of action ICAI can take in that case.this is what is availbe in ICAI website.are these rules in force or some other rules.

Delay Upto 1 year Condone the breach of Regulation 65 and enroll  after three months

More than 1 year but upto 3years Condone the breach of Regulation 65 and enroll, after six months,

More than 3 years but upto 5years Condone the breach of Regulation 65 and enroll, after one year,

More than 5 years but upto 7 years Condone the breach of Regulation 65 and enroll, after two years

Hi, i have fill form 112 on 2nd march 2014 along with my articalship and final registration form but at that time i have not submitted any document redarding to my college and due to such non compliece now ICAI not issuing my final & articalship registration letter.

When i ask to institute they reply to submit such documents but i want to know that whether i would have to pay any amount any fee(i.e penlty) to ICAI or not 

and second thing ki mujhe form 112 dobara fill karna padega ya phir 1 letter k sath documents attached kar k submit kar du.plz help
