Hello all,

 

Can anyone pls help regarding the latest amendments in penalty for non-payments of Service tax.

Also is there anyone whom can i discuss the latest amendments in Service Tax.

The interest rate for such non payment or late payment has increased from 13% to 18%

IF TURNOVER IS ABOVE 60 LACS (  NOW 1 CRORE) YOU NEED TO CHARGE @ 18 % OTHER WISE 13 %
