Late submission of form 108

I had submitted my completion form of articleship late by 4 months on 17.08.2016 along with condonation letter (signed by principal and with official stamp) and Demand draft of Rs.300/-.. I not yet received any kind of confirmation letter from ICAI and when I tried to contact with them they say that form submitted on that date is still to be processed. Will ICAI cause any problem in this case????
