Late ROC compliance

I have 4 pvt Ltd companies in which 3 was incorporated in july 2019 and 1 in Jan 2020. After incorporation, not even a single compliance has been followed.
A lump sump 295000 late fees has calculated.
Is thr any planning through with we can reduce these cost.??
