If an assessee has to pay penalty if he has to fill nill return??

I filled nill return in form ITR 1

there is no penalty for nil returns

If your Income is below 250000 , There is no late fee

under section 234F there will be panelty if your income below 5 lakh is 1000 and above 5 lakh panelty is 5000
