Late posting of ca ipcc online exam form

As the Last Date for Receipt of Printout of Exam Application form (PDF) filled Online Without Late Fee for CA IPCC/Final is 28th feb 2014. But if it was not received within 28th feb. and received around 3-5th march 2014. what will be the consequenses.

Application will b rejected if u havent paid the late fee
