I have submitted 3 CB & 3 CD.
But I have not submitted the Return.
what will be the penal provision?

for not filing itr penalty shall be levied at 0.5 percent of turnover or 150000 which is lower

if u have not filed Tax Audit report that is 3CA/CB & 3CD u will liable for penalty u/s 92 of Rs.1.5lakh or 0.5% of T/O , which ever is lower
however , if u have not filed a ITR then u will liable to pay Interest as a penalty u/s 234A @ 1% pm (part of month = full ) on unpaid amount after due date and also liable for penalty of Rs.5000 u/s 276CC
