A Private Limited Company had not filed MGT-14 for Special Resolution passed in FY 2016-17.
Please guide me on late fees and penalties.

Pls note tat now u have apply first condonation of delay in filing of form MGT 14 n once it's approved .... then only u can file MGT 14... for further clarification pls Cal 7204908392
