what is the fee for late filing of gstr1??
the return for the last quarter is not filed yet

If Nil return Late fee is Rs 20/day (CGST Rs 10 & SGST Rs 10)

Other than Nil return Late Fee is Rs 50/day (CGST Rs 25 & SGST Rs 25)

SAME FOR BOTH 

50 PER DAY IF OUTWARD SUPPLIES IS THERE

AND 20 PER DAY IF NO OUTWARD SUPPLIES

Yes... The Late Fee is applicable GSTR 3B and GSTR 1...

PLEASE NOTE 😊 CBDT has further extended the due date of filing ITR till 5th September.
