Late filing ITR for FY2020-2021(AY 2021-2022) possible now or is it too late?

Is it possible to file ITR for FY2020-2021 (AY 2021-2022) possible? I have overpaid my due tax and expecting a refund. Some time back, I got an email from IT asking me to file ITR but I don't exactly remember when. Due to health reasons, I couldn't file my ITR yet. Can I try to file a paper ITR if online return isn't allowed?
