what is the present late filing fee of GSTR 1 &3B and related notification under GST

Late fee for filling form 3B is RS 25 CGST and SGST each everyday after duedate
In case of NIL RETURN : Rs. 20 per day [ Rs. 10 per day per Act i.e. CGST + SGST ].
In other cases : Rs. 50 per day [ Rs. 25 per day per Act i.e. CGST + SGST ].
In other cases : Rs. 50 per day [ Rs. 25 per day per Act i.e. CGST + SGST ].
