Late fees under Gstr 3b

I have file Gstr 3b For the month june 2023 With tax On the date13.12.23 & now when i am going to file sep.2023 return then the late fees calculate cgst - 3650 and sgst - 3650 instead of cgst -1000 & sgst - 1000 pls guide why?
