Dear Expert,
I've uploaded service tax return before due date for the the period Apr-Sep'13, But it has been rejected by the department. I've resubmit the return on 26 Oct 2013(Late filled) without late fee.
Kindly suggest me that do i need to pay late fee and submit revise return or wait for department to take action.

In my view, you pay Rupees 500/- for late filing fee and keep that challan with you for future. In case department raise any issue you produce the same.
