I have not filed gstr 4 from 2017 Jan onwards, now I want to file, its late fees calculating in portal, but dept has issued notices 12th Jun date for exempted from late fees, how it computed late fees in portal?
Pls suggest me?

Late fee 50 per day and maximum plenty is Rs.5000.in case nil return 20 per day
But there's penalty showing 10000
