Late fees and panelty on gstr-1

Hoping you are well.


please advise that what is late filing fees for gstr-1 and how its demanded on portal.. please refer GST notification number for more clarification.
we opted to file gstr-1 on monthly basis but our turnover is not more than 1.5cr.
