Which late fee you are talking -
is it under 234F ?
234F late fee is by default and mandatory.
No waiver possible

Sir , I failed to submit returns from last few month,
now late fee showing as the maximum of 10000/- for a month,
kindly advise/help me to come out from this trouble

As per GST law, maximum late fees is Rs 10000/- (CGST 5000/- and SGST 5000/-).

If there are any business transactions , you need to disclose by filing all the GST returns. This can be done only if you pay late fees till date.
