We are unable to file our GSTR - 3B return due to late fee still calculate o
n GST portal. But as per notification late fee waived of all GST return. Return file due date has been extended as per notification no. 43 and 44 . please guide.

You can file file it, later it will be shown under cash ledger
At the time of GSTR3 B file from November 2017 to till date late fee auto calculate on portal.

The late waived only for the period of July 2017 to September 2017...
From August 17 it's charged and Payable by Taxpayers. Till date no more notification about the Late Fee waiver based on GSTR 3B return...
So,
Better to pay and File Your GSTR 3B return early.

Notification 43 & 44 is in regard to late fee waiv off only for GSTR 1 , which was already never demanded by the Dept.
Late for 3b is waive off till sept17 only

As per notification 43 & 44 if migrated after 6.8.18. then your 3B late file is waived jul 17 to onwards.
