Late Fee Paid In March..
Some1 Has Already Paid Late Fee 10,000 per return For 5 returns and filed gstr 3B.. Can He Get Refund For That? Late Fee Paid & 3B Filed On March 21 Of FY 2018-19

As I understand, no such provision for refund under Amnesty scheme. Let' see if govt considers to provide such refund.
In this senerio if you already paid late fee you will not get any refund .
