Due date for filing CMP08 was 22-10-2019 for the Quarter from 01-07-2019 to 30-09-2019.It filled on 25-10-2019.Late fee and interest not paid on 25-10-2019.How much late fee and interest payable now.

Late fees is Rs 200 per day ie Rs 100 per Act per day upto maximum Rs 5000 from the due date to the actual date of filing.

Late fee is 200 Per day ( 100 for CGST and 100 for SGST ) and interest payable is 18% per annum

Late fee and will automatically be calculated on GST Portal so you dont have to do anything, as far as Interest is concerned it is 1.5% P.M or part of the month.
