Can I file income tax return of last two years?

Quick Summary
Yes, you can generally file your income tax return (ITR) for the last two years. If you've received a notice from the IT department, you can file based on the notice details. For other situations, you might be able to file an ITR-U under section 139(8A). If you have a refund pending for a past assessment year, there's a specific procedure to follow, which may involve filing a condonation request and making an additional tax payment using Challan 280.

Yes you can file. If you need any help then I'm leaving the details in your inbox.
