Yes... The Actual date is 31st May-20...
But, as per recent press release by Dept of Commerce the date will be extend to 30th Jun-2020...

The due date for filing of TDS return for Q4 of FY 19-20 is 31st May 2020.

As for now, no extension has been given but it is expected to be extended.
