I paid the Service Tax for the year 2007-2008. But we did't submit Half Yearly Returns. What is the last date or Penalty date of Submission. Please give the answer urgently.

For the year 2007-08, two half yearly returns should have been filed. First on or before 25th october (for the first half) & next on or before 25th April, 2008. Now the penalty for non filing of return is 2000 per return.
