There are no seperate due dates for what the question you are asking.

I think the normal due dates for filing of Return of Income is applicable for all the years.

For YE march 2009 the due date for those whose books are not audited was June

As per your query person having rental income from April'09 onwards but TDS is not deducted now u going to pay tax on rental income.

• For the Financial Year 2009-2010 The last date of submitting tax challan is 31 March 2010. If you paying the challan after 31st March 2010 means you have to pay interest for the tax payment as per the Act.
  

• For the Financial Year 2009-2010 first you calculate your tax amount and then you have to deducted your savings like  LIC premuim paid receipts and other invesment upto Rs. 1lakh (paid from 1 April'09 to 31 March 2010) only you should deducte from your tax amount.
  

• If you have investing from 1 April 2010 means that amount covered under FY 2010-2011 not for 2009-2010. so you have not eligible to take what you have paying after 31 march 2010.
  

• Your return Due date is before 31 July 2010. This is for person not covered under tax audit u/s 44AB of the Act.
