please let me know the last date of income tax return for the financial year 2020-2021. for the companies having audit under section 143(1)

Date is not extended.
Sec 143(1) is a notice served by INCOME TAX DEPARTMENT.
within 3 months after the end of assesment year after the audit . The accounts are finalized and subsequently the income tax returns are submitted.

Let me correct that is a section 143(2) of companies act in which auditors report submitted to the members of the company.
